The west side of the highway is definitely changing, with new construction projects dotting the landscape. However, despite these changes, the authentic feel of Bucerias still resonates if you take the time to explore and connect with the locals. Finding it was a bit more challenging, but thanks to the locals I'm fortunate to know, I was guided back to the essence of old Bucerias.
